The problem

Cities inspect a fraction of the pipe they own ... and pay for the parts they miss.

Europe operates roughly 3.2 million kilometres of sewer, yet only 2-4% is inspected in any given year. Conventional tethered crawlers reach only short runs and need multi-person crews, making inspection slow, costly, and episodic.

So condition management stays reactive. Defects surface as emergencies: a sinkhole, a storm line blocked during a flood, an unplanned excavation. The cost of not seeing dwarfs the cost of looking.

Our primary model. A monthly subscription plus a per-metre inspection fee puts an autonomous robot inside your operations. We keep it maintained and updated, you skip the capital outlay.

Südi Robotics is a deep-tech spin-out fromTallinn University of Technology, built on research from the EU Horizon Europe PIPEON project. Our robots turn a decade of underwater and confined-space robotics into inspection that pays for itself.
